Australian Shipping

Our shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the weight and measurements of your order. All orders over $120 qualify for free delivery within Australia which is automatically applied at the checkout stage.

All orders are despatched from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post or similar Courier Service. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your items have been shipped.

We endeavour to despatch all orders on the next business day. Most metro deliveries will arrive within 2-3 business days but please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive during busy periods or if you are outside of a metro location. Express Shipping is sent via Australia Post or similar courier service and will arrive within 1-3 business days depending on your location.

If you have an urgent order please select express shipping at checkout or contact us to discuss alternative delivery options.

International Shipping.

We are also now shipping to the United Kingdom, United State, New Zealand, Canada & Singapore.

We endeavour to despatch all orders on the next business day. Shipping timeframes vary from Country to Country but will be estimated at checkout.

Free shipping over $120 only applies to orders within Australia.

Should you change your mind about a purchase from us, you have 14 days to return the product to us in original condition and packaging. You can opt for a store credit or refund on your purchase amount. Any returns for change of mind will incur return postage fees.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via the below avenues and we can assist you.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit or refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.
