All orders are despatched from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post or similar Courier Service. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your items have been shipped.
We endeavour to despatch all orders on the next business day. Most metro deliveries will arrive within 2-3 business days but please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive during busy periods or if you are outside of a metro location. Express Shipping is sent via Australia Post or similar courier service and will arrive within 1-3 business days depending on your location.
If you have an urgent order please select express shipping at checkout or contact us to discuss alternative delivery options.
