Change of mind returns
Should you change your mind about a purchase from us, you have 30 days to return the product to us in original condition and packaging. Please contact us via email@example.com or (02) 9368 1310 and we will advise return instructions. You can opt for a store credit or refund on your purchase amount. Any returns for change of mind will incur return postage fees.
Damaged/Faulty Goods returns
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Jennifer via firstname.lastname@example.org or (02) 9368 1310 to assist with your return.
We ship all Australian orders from Sydney via Australia Post or similar Courier Service. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your items have been shipped.
We endeavor to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive with standard delivery (please note some areas outside of the major metro cities may take longer). If you have an urgent order please select express shipping at checkout or contact us to discuss alternative delivery options.
Please contact us directly to discuss international postage service availability and cost. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be charged. Please note, due to the size of some of our items, international postage is not available on all orders.
Large furniture items are usually shipped using a two man delivery service from Sydney. Online tracking is not available for this type of delivery. However, the carrier will generally make contact to arrange a delivery time that suits you best. Upon delivery, the drivers will deliver your item to your room of choice. All our credit card transactions are processed using SecurePay's 128-bit digital server provided by VeriSign™
You can rest assured that with each purchase your credit card/bank information is kept secure. You can see your transaction is secure if you can see a key lock at the top left corner of your web browser. We do not keep your credit card information on file after your order is complete. Payment is submitted directly to our banking institution.
