Should you change your mind about a purchase from us, you have 30 days to return the product to us in original condition and packaging. You can opt for a store credit or refund on your purchase amount. Any returns for change of mind will incur return postage fees.In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via the below avenues and we can assist you.

We ship Australia Wide.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the combined weight of your order. We ship all Australian orders from Sydney via Australia Post or similar Courier Service. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your items have been shipped.
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive with standard delivery (please note some areas outside of the major metro cities may take longer). Express Shipping - shipped via Australia Post or similar courier service - 1-3 business days depending on your location.
If you have an urgent order please select express shipping at checkout or contact us to discuss alternative delivery options.
International Orders
Please contact us directly to discuss international postage service availability and cost. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be charged. Please note, due to the size of some of our items, international postage is not available on all orders.
Bulky/Fragile Items
Large furniture items are usually shipped using a two-man delivery service from Sydney. Online tracking is not available for this type of delivery. However, the carrier will generally make contact to arrange a delivery time that suits you best. Upon delivery, the drivers will deliver your item to your room of choice. Please contact us if you have any questions.
There are some shipping restrictions and/or additional costs on some large/bulky or heavy products, you will be contacted with any shipping price adjustments or please feel free to email us with any questions you might have.
